I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was quiet, with favourable location so close to restaurants, shopping malls, ecc and Bishkek and shops. Beds and pillows in my a double room were comfortable.

The clean, simple room was perfect for my 9-year-old son and me, offering a cozy retreat after our daily adventures. With a shared kitchen and laundry, we felt at home, especially enjoying nearby shops and the delicious samsi at Faiza. The hotel's proximity to landmarks like Erkindik Avenue and the Botanical Garden made it easy to explore and bond as a family. I appreciated the helpful staff, especially Ms. Shirin and Mr Kadyr, who made our stay nice. I would definitely return!

Breakfast offerings could include more fresh fruit and pastries.

I stayed in a huge room with two tiny heaters that barely kept it warm. The water heater only gave me a decent shower for 10 minutes. Honestly, the place felt more like a cell than a guesthouse. So disappointing!

Loved the convenience of the free laundry facilities and the welcoming staff, plus the spacious room with a private bathroom and kitchen amenities make it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot close to restaurants, a mall, and a supermarket-we even took a guided tour arranged by the hotel at a reasonable price. Only minor issue? the noise from the pipes in the bathroom could be a little disruptive at times, but overall a fantastic stay! ? .
